I purchase a purse from this company in December. When it arrived two to three  week later it was not at all as advertise or even what I ordered. It was suppose to be a Michael Kors bag yet had no indication that it was a Michael Kors bag.

I then returned it two day later and as of January 9, 2015 no response, no credit refund..Nothing.

I have email over 10 times no response at all. I cannot find a phone number to call so I continue to email. As of Monday I will contact my credit card company for a refund. I am tired of dealing with them.

I think they have horrible customer service and should be out of business. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Horrible company...Fake comapny.  I am very disappointed. They had no trouble taking my payment but sure having a hard time with a refund.
