FRAUDULENT CHARGES WERE MADE TO MY CREDIT CARD AFTER MY ONLINE ORDER FROM KOSHERLINE LLC !!!
July 15, 2015, I placed an online Shavi condolence gift order with KOSHERLINE LLC, to be sent to a close friend of mine whose daughter had passed away.
PURPOSELY, I used a seldom used credit card, because I didn't have ordering history with KOSHERLINE LLC - and I didn't know anything about them. AND - I'm so glad I used this seldom used credit card because my worst fears were realized AND MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WAS STOLEN & FRAUDULENTLY USED!!!
Today July 22, 2015, suspicious charges were identified by my credit card company & they notified me. By phone, my credit card company & I identified the fraudulent charges AND "pending" fraudulent charges that were multiplying rapidly. I told my credit card company I had made NO charges since the KOSHERLINE order charge of July 15, 2015.
I had to cancel my credit card BECAUSE CLEARLY KOSHERLINE was the point where my credit card was compromised!!!
KOSHERLINE CLEARLY HAS A SECURITY BREACH!!!!
I submitted an online complaint form to Kosherline - telling them THEY HAVE A SECURITY BREACH and that I was reporting them to every agency at my disposal AND I would be giving them negative online reviews, so no other consumer would fall prey to their obvious lack of consumer personal information security protection.
