Complaint Review: Kota Scooter

Kota Scooter Gary Schultz I ordered a scooter for my son and they promised it would be here within 2 weeks. I paid almost 200 dollars for it and now they ignore me when asking about it through email and voicemail Internet

In February 2011, I ordered a scooter online from this website for 168 dollars. They told me that I would receive a picture of my product and my tracking number in one week from the day I ordered it. The week went by and I did not receive anything. I called and left a voicemail and a email, I got no response. By week 2, I was getting very frustrated because I've never been in this situation before.  Again, and again I called and left messages, emails and still nothing. I think its pretty bad when you try to order something and you get riped off. But we all know that what comes around goes around and they will get whatever they've done to others done to them.
