If you receive a "Free Membership Gift Certificate" when you purchase an RV, and you go to the ranch to spend a free weekend, be prepared to attend a "High-Pressured-Sales" (for one of their memberships) orientation.
a) The gift certificate I received was $1,000.00 towards a membership.
b) After surviving the orientation, the salesman was hot (because I didn't purchase one of KQ Ranch's full memberships),, believe me, the salesman was good (he tried most of the "gullible people" sales techniques).
c) I validated my Free Membership Gift Certificate only (which I received a one year trial (temporary) membership). This didn't amount to diddly sqwat, for example:
1) It equivalated to 20 days of camping (no weekends, no holidays).
2) I attempted to make a reservation for Labor Day Weekend,, and was told no (I told them that I would pay for it and KQ Ranch still said no).
Moral of this story: If it sounds to good to be true, it is (nothing is free).
