Kraftmaid Cabinetry Ripoff: Poor quality, unresponsive service Midddlefield Ohio
I purchased a Kraftmaid replacement kitchen from Home Depot. A bad decision on my part.
The quality of the cabinetry was appalling. Poor finish, horrible construction. Several pieces had to be replaced. The replacements took forever, longer than the original order.
The need for replacements created some scheduling problems with our installer. Kraftmaid was totally indifferent to my appeals for assistance in expediting the replacements. There "customer Service" personnel gave me pat, bureaucratic reasons why they could not help.
Their horrendous quality and unresponsive service caused my kitchen project to drag out for m
