Made arrangements to make payments on a Capital One Account with Kramer and Frank Attorneys. Was making payments when they also garnished my paycheck.
When I called to talk with them the lady I spoke with was so rude and hateful, and this is not the first time someone in that office was rude. She stated "the only reason you called was because we are garnishing your wages ha ha.
They don't seem to care about anything they do to anybody.BEWARE of KRAMER AND FRANK ATTORNEYS they are the worst I"ve ever seen.!Also beware of CAPITAL ONE they are not any better!!

ask for the copy of the court decision

First of all, make sure the account numbers are correct.

You may be paying for two separate credit card balances.

Ask the  attorneys office for a copy of the garnishment letter and a copy of the court decision of garnishment.  In a nice demeanor that is.  If they have to mail it, ask to have it via certified mail.

This way both have copy of the terms.

If they can not come up with a copy, get a lawyer and sue the lawyers that are then illegally garnishing your money.

Fair credit act is very strict in this.

Did you every go to court and file a rebuttal on the garnishment?

Go in front of a judge and ask for reversal of decision of garnishment in your favor, if the attorney office can not prove their records.

If they can prove that someone signed the papers that told of garnishment via certified mail, then you may be responsible to pay the debt.
