Kramer Photographers great big ZERO for lack of customer service, cocky & arrogant
This company out of Palatine Il does not deserve to be in business! The photographer did not show up at my parents house on my wedding day. He went straight to the church. when I called and spoke to Mr Kramer himself he was a cocky, arrogant a**hole. When he asked me what I wanted him to do for me I asked for my proofs for free. he raised his voice to me and told me I would get nothing and should come in for a full refund. He was a complete jackass! It took 6 months for me to get my guest order and 14 months to get my completed album after they had screwed up on it twice. The employees are incompetent and rarely have answers to your questions. I always had to call them regarding the status of my orders. I am aware of two other brides who went through similar situations and I am sure there are more out there. Beware of this company!
