Krasa Skin Cream I ordered a FREE sample for shipping costs. I received the product and used it for a few weeks - saw nothing effective about it! Soon my checking account was debited $103.00 because, according to the customer service people, if you didn't cancel in 14 days, you were charged for your FREE sample and then entered in an auto refill plan. Apparently, this was hidden in the fine print. I am not an uneducated person, this is a SCAM. Then this month I was again charged more than the last payment with no additional product - not that I wanted it - it doesn't work! I have had three discussions with customer service at varying levels - the most they can offer is 50% refund. Not acceptable! These people ruin it for all online vendors - will never trust one again!
