I first discovered KratomFrog via their Facebook page at Http://facebook.com/kratomfrog. KratomFrog specializes in selling Kratom products (Mitragyna Speciosa) which helps with chronic pain and anxiety. They had a promotion running in the month of June 2016 where if you liked their page, shared it and joined the group, you would recieve an ounce of free Kratom. All you had to do was notify them after you do so by sending them a message with your address. They would then send you the product free of shipping and charge. After they made several posts via Facebook indicating that they sent out the free samples, I waited to recieve the item through USPS. A month and half came without any parcel.

KratomFrog then released another promotion for free ounce Kratom (I have screen captures of said promotion). In this promotion, you have share and comment on a YouTube video as well as tag 5 friends in the post. I did the above mentioned and contacted them to inform them on top of mentioning that I never recieved my first ounce. They replied within an hour and told me that USPS loses a lot of their packages so they would reship the initial item as well as the second item. Half a month later, nothing in sight so I contact them through Facebook comments. They replied within minutes, but were very short with me then blocked me from further contact on both their page and Facebook group. I

gave them a review via my significant other's personal page that coincided with how I was treated upon which they commented "Thanks for the fake review!" They made several posts about if you bother them about the free kratom, you will be removed from the pages and your free kratom will be revoked. All the complaints through posts (even when I first found this company) get ignored and/or disappear. I have a few screen captures of complaints from other customers and screen captures of this company's business ethics. They are falsely advertising and not delivering a promised product. I have contacted BBB and econsumer.gov. Since then I have done further investigating of this company. I am

not the only one who has complaints about this business. I have discussed this matter with 20 other customers who not only didn't receive their samples (dating back to April), they also handle their customers who order their product the same way. The business states via their Facebook page and website that they are closed for business due to owner Kevin Casey going AWOL and publicized Kevin's drug abuse. There was a post (which has now been removed) that initially stated that Kevin basically took everything. Joe Curendaro (business owner as well) is now in the process of reopening with promises that he had no hand in dealing with these shipments, he's "only" the website guy. He originally stated that

there were only two people dealing with the shipping and handling of the product which he was part of. Joe claims that all products are sent out in 4-6 weeks and after that time frame they reship it if it never arrives. There are several customer testimonies where the customer contacted them multiple times about reshipping in the span of 6 months to never receive promised item. The customers (myself included) inquire about the samples and Joe gets angry, uses profanity, and then bans you as well as revokes your free samples. I never got the chance to review their shoddy business because I was banned from their Facebook page which has happened to many others. Facebook does not allow

any user to review a business if you are blocked. This is the only reason why they have a much higher rating than deserved. If they do receive a negative review, their response is to immediately attack the reviewer with the response "Thanks for the fake review!". They use abusive language and talk down to anyone who challenges their business ethics. It has come to my attention in the last couple of days that there are customers who ordered products from this company and never got their product and/or refund. They abuse their PAYING customers the same way. Verbally abusing them and banning them or just altogether ignoring their complaints and questions. Joe is now denying all responsibility for these

shipments and refunds. He is telling people to contact Kevin Casey (via email) in regards to any refunds where he blatantly tells them " If he won't respond to your emails, I will give you the phone number." The number in question was listed on their page and I made many attempts to call the number listed, but it goes directly to voicemail. How are you supposed to contact a business owner about a refund if they've gone AWOL? As a business owner, it is your responsibility to keep copies of customer information and to keep your clients up to date. That includes answering questions in a professional manner, using tracking numbers for paid products or informing customer when the item has been shipped as

well as when it is expected to be received, and using honest advertising strategy. When I initially did the promotion on June 3, I followed the guidelines as specified to be eligible for the free sample. I messaged them with details and they informed me that it would be shipped out. If there were any discrepancies with my eligibility for the free sample, it was never brought to my attention. I confirmed that my address is correct and it is the address that I use for my Identification Card. I also signed up for a second promotion on July 23 and messaged them with necessary details. I also reminded them about the first sample and made sure to resend my address again. They ensured me the first would be

reshipped and the second would be sent. I made a public comment (which has now been deleted by the admin of the Facebook page) on their page after 4 weeks about these samples. They made a snarky reply about "why are you bothering us then? " so I stated that I would take my business elsewhere. That is when they banned me and publicly mocked my post on their page. They also made sure to state anyone who "bothered" them about these samples would be immediately banned. In regards to the final remark pertaining to me being disqualified from participating in further promotions as well as being a future paying customer; this is a petty attempt to deflect from the problem at hand. I said

and I quote "Kratom Frog sells Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) which helps with chronic pain and anxiety". No where in my whole complaint did I refer to ingesting the product or that they sold it for such purposes. Anyone who knows about this plant, knows that it has been known to help with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, weight loss and much, much more. There is plenty of information made available to the public in concerns to the uses for Kratom and it's benefits. In order to present a case against this company, I was told to be as specific as possible about what the company sells and the issues presented in the above mentioned. This company is apparently incapable of proper business management. I do

advise any future clients to use caution. I also advise that this company and all complaints be thoroughly investigated. Joe has public announcements to decease and desist any pending BBB complaints in attempt to further investigation which is a red flag. The Facebook posts that Joe has previously made contradict what is presented on their website. For example: He admits that Kevin Casey and Michelle Ross A.K.A Forest Dragon Kratom is a scam, yet proclaims on the KratomFrog website that he will be partnering with this business. I have countless screenshots for evidentiary purposes.

That does not address this customer's issue. Your only defense and way to solve the problem is claim that this is a "legitimate" business. That just goes to show how unreliable and unprofessional this business it truly is.

I'm sorry, but my initial report stands. Joe may be a "victim" in some form however, he stated with his own words that he was the website guy. He would not answer customers' in a professional or timely manner. A company should not be cussing out and blocking customers when they don't hear what they want to hear. I've only heard negative things about this company from everyone. The positive reviews were all made by friends. At least I can you give credit for not being rude, however, instead of insisting that I'm wrong...why not actually prove it?

Kevin Casey is the scammer. Joe Curendero was a victim.

Whoever this is has it all wrong. Kevin Casey began scamming people while his partner Joe Curendero took all the blame. Joe helped everyone who was scammed and started a new company, all while having the disaster of Kevin's betrayal haunt even his new business months later as people associate them all together. It's a terrible thing what he's done but we have plenty of loyal customers who know we are the truth. Thanks! :) OneStopHerbShop.com is amazing and will be amazing years to come!
