Krause Books Slow Shipping Slow Email Response Fairfield Ohio
I do not recommend buying from Krause Books, publishers of books and magazines. They have super slow shipping and super slow or no response at all to emails.I am only a couple hours away from them here in Ohio and it has taken a average of over a week for them to ship my books to me, and little or no resopnse to my emails inquiring on my orders.
There are plenty of other book suppliers out there that offer same day or next day shipping so I don't recommend buying from Krause Books but from another company that offers better customer service and faster shipping.
