Complaint Review: Kraverz Frozen Custard

Hello,

I wanted to take the time to respond to this report which I originally created back in 2010.  I first want to note that what I have been accused of doing is not true.  To the best of my knowledge, at no time while employed at Kraverz did I ever request an advance of a paycheck, nor did I conspire with co-workers to "scam" or "take advantage" of a system.  Kraverz was a paycheck and a place I worked and I appreciated the job and, to be honest, David and his Brother.  Did one of them take a nap in the back room? Yes. BUT, I must admit they both worked their hats off and if I was self-employed I can't say that I wouldn't, at times, need to rest myself in my own establishment.  I apologize for making this seem like a bad thing.  At the time, I didn't realize what hard work was and I'm sorry for making light of it.

The reason for my rebuttal today is that I don't wish to have this remain a cloud over my shoulders as I get older each year.  At the time of this report, I was much younger and far less mature.  The pictures taken were not staged and I apologize if this ever made it appear as if the entire establishment was dirty.  We did do our best to keep the restaurant clean and, just like any other place, there were times when cleaning had to be completed the next morning.  What I thought was wrong at the time, I have come to learn through experience that situations such as this are perfectly normal. 

The owners were very hands-on and this is likely partly why they remain in business even today.  What I thought at the time as "yelling" and poor treatment of staff was really just the way life is - you have a job somewhere, you're expected to work and work hard.  I'd like to apologize for making this appear as if it was a bad thing.

So, to both David and his Brother, I just want to offer a sincere, heartfelt apology for the things I said when I was much younger and far less mature.  I have emailed the support team at Ripoff Report asking them to remove this report altogether and I see my report as a big mistake and one in which I should never have started to begin with.  I am making this decision of my own free will and have not been asked to do this.  I just wish for there to be no ill will between me and Kraverz going forward.  I created the report off of feelings I had without taking the time to think before I acted, and I am incredibly sorry for this.  I hope the report can be removed for the good of Kraverz and myself, they don't deserve this and neither do I.

I hope to re-establish our friendship someday.  I thank you for your time.

This report was fabricated and staged by an emloyee by the name of Tim J Thorn. This employee is only looking to work to find situations where he could sue and gain some compensation through despicable acts of deception. in fact Timothy Thorn did work here and later decided to work for another company, which was all fine. Timothy always ate here and remarked on how good the food was and continued to bring friends and family here to dine with him so therefor of his claims that this place was not clean is totally ludicrus. he later was fired from the firm he worked for for and came here beging for a job, i gave him one out of sorry and in fact gave him an advance on his check to later find out he would never come to work. he staged all the pictures when he was working here in the morning before i came here and took pictures. this is something i as an owner have never encountered. The only thing he was telling people was how he could try to get money out of kraverz. He remarked on how he would try to mainuplate the system to try to invlove all the former employers on how he could scam them. This is a sick human being! i just found out about this website just today. To address the fact that Kraverz is un clean is totaly false, in fact everytime the health inspectors came in we had high marks and was prasied for our cleansiness and food storage! anyone that has dined here would know it is very clean and every employee that has worked knows the vigourous procedures set for sanitization! In fact i would repremand timithoy constantly for showing up to work without proper hygene and would send him home.second to the facat that employees were not paid is totally unfounded and false, timothy thorn is ignorant and has no insight on how  the payroll system works and obviously has no right in stating any false accusations. ! never had an employee not recieved there due paycheck and always were paid according to wisconsin and federal law!third I am the owner, Amit iljazi and not David Iljazi. Fouth, i have never dun drugs and never will and am a strong advocate against them, ask any employee. It is timothy that always commented on all the Drugs he would doand i would have to let him know that this was not a conversation that was suitable for work! It was a blessing that he no longer works here and i warn and strongly recommend that any employer think twice aboout hiring this individual becasue he does not want to work he only trys to steal and play the sytem so he can sue! not gonna happen! i work hard and am here everyday to give my customers the service and quality they deserve! i appreciate ur time and if anyone has any questions pertaining to this please do contact me and if any employer is thinking aout hiring Timothy  Thorn. Please do ur research before hiring employess with an agenda! many time employers are at the brunt of a complaint, but in this case it is to my dismay that this is an employee that doesnt have the desency to hold a job in a respectful manner!
