I bought a car from them about 4 months ago. A 2006 chevy impala, and i was told that this car came with a warranty provided from the lender. ETHOS GROUP was the name on the contract. As a first time car buyer i was nieve. I have had the car for three months now and the water pump went out. I took it in under the impression the it was under warranty, but ethos group denied my claim. So i tried to camcel the warranty to see if i could get my payment lowered and they told me no that it was all invlusive in the final sales amount. I would never go back here to buy another car. After much reaseach i find that im paying 3 times the kelly blue book value for my car and i am not out of pocket 700 dollars in repairs 2 months in to buying the car.

When this customer first received this car we took to her to test drive it when she came in to the paperwork she also took it her personal mechanic who checked out everything and gave her the ok no mechanical issues were discovered in the beginning but used cars may have an issues later after the sale all across America thats why we make sure we offer a warranty on each car in which the lender did provide not all things are covered under warranty it depends on the approval you get and the bank you accepted by not the dealership we covered the repairs even though the warranty didn't and no dealership has control of interest at all last month I received a call from this customer inquiring on a Chrysler 300 for their boyfriend how can we protect ourselves as dealerships once people bash you online and return for services when they say they never will and misunderstands the hold process if the customer has any problems with their engine or transmission a/c drive shafts oil leaks the warranty will cover that and the will only pay a 100 deductible but some things or consideredit a wear and tear item and customer must cover that like tires spark plugs oil changes transmission flush etc this warranty company even pays for towing and rental reimbursement if you have to have services done that are covered under the service agreement we always high the covered services in each service agreement for clarity
