Kristee Byington-maes duped me out of $630 off of Ebay of all places Ebay Internet
I was relatively new to Ebay and I wanted to buy a computer for my mother for christmas. I won an auction from this person and paid in full very promptly. This person ensured me that it was coming and had many e-mails back and forth. The emails back and forth kept going until the 90 days ran out. There were excuses of "My store was robbed and I have to wait for Insurance to give me a check".
This person even went as far as to tell me that the PayPal refund was going to happen. I have all the E-Mails to back up the trail of lies I've been given. Is there any suggestions to what I can do?
PayPal has been very un-helpful as well as eBay. Her email is kristeem@yahoo.com, so attention spammers.....spam at your little hearts desire......kristeem@yahoo.com

Some Help From a long time ebayer/paypal user

In the future or for the help of your issue next time buy insurance and get tracking #'s even if they charge for it as in the long run your money would be back in your hands. PayPal will not refund any money with out proof of tracking nore will it provide help if there is no proof from both sides A) you sent the money and B) they shipped the item. This I know as PayPal hides behind the fact with out proof of mailing the item you have no case. I hope this helps!
