A woman was filmed as she purposfully ran over a raccoon with her vehicle. When she noticed she was being filmed she laughed about it like it was a big joke. The animal was left hanging on a thread to his life. After much pain and agony died the next day despite the efforts of good samaritans that tried to save him.
After the video was shared online the woman in the car that ran over the raccoon was indentified as Kristen Combs Dean from St. Johns, Florida. She is a Republican and works as a Cosmetologist. There were messages on her Facebook that said "I Hate my children". Kristen is a horrible human being.
