Complaint Review: Kristen's Sweet-N-Sassy Ink

I ordered invitations for my Son's second birthday party on April 9.  The promise this site makes is that you will receive your proof within 24-72 hours.  My funds were withdrawn from my PayPal account within 1 hour, but 1,344 hours later I am still waiting for a proof or any sort of communication from Kristen Amodio. 

Her website at one point said she had a family emergency, but she has since taken that down.  I have sent numerous emails asking when I would be able to see a proof as it has now been two months - with no response.  There are several complaints on the internet about this site, wish I had investigated further before purchasing. 

I am now filing a complaint with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau and PayPal.  I found another reputable company to do my Sons invites.  This woman is just sitting around in her bath robe collecting money - she needs to be stopped!
