Kristi rented my property for a month. she saw it before she booked. she signed legal documents agreing with terms and conditions. She paid via Paypal.
After she left - she chargedback the money. Paypal decided in her favor and the money was refunded to her.
Pretty sure shes done it before and she will do it again. beware
