Complaint Review: Kristian Walters

My family purchased four tickets from Kristian Heinz Walters to the San Francisco 49ers vs Packer’s game on 10/4/2015.  When I arranged to meet him to make the exchange, he provided us four paper tickets.  He confirmed that they were legitimate tickets and allowed us to take a photo of his driver’s license.  He also provided his place of work and email address if we had any issues with the tickets.

When my family arrived at Levi’s Stadium, the tickets did not scan.  We were then escorted to the ticket office where we were told by the agent that two tickets were scanned at 1:05pm and two were transferred to another person.  I purchased two additional tickets to gain entrance into the game and sent the rest of our family back to the car.  After searching a couple of sections in which Kristian stated he would be sitting in, to our amazement, he and his girlfriend were sitting in two of the seats he fraudulently sold us (What kind of idiot would sit in the seats he fraudulent sold to someone??).  When confronted, we were escorted to the ticket office.  The ticket office confirmed that two tickets were scanned at 1:05pm (Kristian & his girlfriend) and two were transferred via Ticketmaster to another person.  It was very clear that Kristian was at fault and sold us the tickets fraudulently. Kristian agreed to refund us our money but of course did not have it on him at the time.  After a week of not receiving our refund, I began contacting him at his work since he gave us his work email.  However, shortly there after he was no longer employed.  Not a surprise given what a completely worthless piece of scum this guy is. 

He even gave us some sob stories about getting his life back on track in order to be there for his son.  Hopefully, they take his son away from him so the poor kid can have a fighting chance at having a decent (and honest) life instead of being held back by such a pathetic excuse of a father.

We have filed a criminal suit and are also filing a civil suit against Kristian.  This will only add to his long list of criminal history. 

This guy is a complete loser and scam artist.  Do NOT buy anything from him!
