By all evidence it would appear that Krisite Paluch suffers from Munchausen Syndrome by proxy (MSP). She creates drama with the disabled people she is suppose to protect and serve, them jumps in and takes the credit for services and care that the families have established for their disabled family members.
In Colorado it doesn't matter, the state has been sued by the Federal Governement before becuase of the inhumane conditions of their state facilities, so why not let someone like this witch work there. After all she had no previous expereience working with the disabled before the state hired her. Now she takes credit for everything everyone else does for the disabled at this facility.
