I am very happy to report that the Internal Affairs division is looking into the matter of my arrest, my appearance on CrimeStoppers.com and the way the Police detective handle the entire case.

Special thanks to Attorney Todd that represented me and my interest in the previous case before Judge Hubner against the Defendants last month.

I wll WIN the case and seek a judgement against Kristina. Therefore, a lien will be filed and place on her home and other assets. Plus, I will seek garnishment of her future wages, etc.

Furthermore, on May 31, 2013, Judge Huebner has cleared and dismissed DAMIAN TOLLIVER (ex husband of Kristina since April 4, 2013) of any wrongdoing involving the theft of my money and the car that was registered to him. However, Damian will still be effected by the scheme masterminded by his former wife, Kristina and her unemplyed Parolee boyfriend.

I WILL GET MY MONEY ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THE MONEY BACK YOU STOLEN ..WELL YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE f**kED WITH ME. PERIOD.

 Yesterday, CPS concluded that there was enough evidence to warrant an investigation on Kristina Luttell Tolliver and her live in boyfriend Tilford Laron Young. They hve learned of the theft of my money through their scheme to help pay Krisitna bills when her husband dumped herlast year. They were aazed to learned she chose a deadbeat Parolee whose con games spanned for nearly25 years and hasn't stopped. Plus his background includes FAMILY VIOLENCE. LOL

Remember Tilford when you visited me in jail telling me how you tracked my kids dads down..like the stalker that you are...I welcome CPS to visit my homes and speak to my kids because I aint running con games on anyone like you.

You are about 50 years old , unemployed, broke, motherless and still on PAROLE because you haven't learned s**t. Tsk. Tsk.OH WELL. CPS already knows HOW TO FIND ME so you don't have to LIE to them like you did to the POLICE in order o have them issue a warrant on me.

 On the evening of April 29, 2013 the police were called to the east Ft. Worth apartment where Jorea had been hiding out from the authorities. The police response was to a domestic violence called placed by Jorea's teenaged son who stated that he was being physically assaulted by her. Upon arrival, the authorities discovered that Jorea was the same Jorea (In spite of the false names she attempted to provide) that was listed on Tarrant County's Most Wanted and Crimestoppers list. She was arrested and is currently being held in the Mansfield City Jail on two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Each count carries a bond of $25,000.00. Additionally, each count carries a prison term of 2-20 years. Convictions of "aggravated" crimes in the state of Texas requires an inmate to serve at least 50% of their sentences day for day before becoming eligible for parole. If she does not post bond within one week, she will be transferred to the Tarrant County Jail where she will await her intial court appearance on the current charges. I will keep the readers of these post informed of any new developments....Justice Will Be Served!

I'm surprised to hear from you Jorea Mcnamee Kelley Blount ....ir whatever name you are using these days. This small claims court matter should be the last thing on your mind considering the fact that you are definitely on your way BACK to prison. While you were downtown Ft. IN TEXAS, ONE CAR OWNER CANNOT GET A TITLE LOAN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND A SIGNATURE OF THE OTHER.

THEREFORE, WE NOW KNOW BOTH DAMIAN AND KRISTINA TOOK OUT THE CAR TITLE LOAN.

HOWEVER THE TARANNT COUNTY COURT RECORDS I RECEIVED JUST YESTERDAY SHOWS THAT THEY JUST GOT A DIVORCE ON APRIL 4, 2013. JUST THREE AGO. 

ALSO RECORDS WILL SHOW THAT WHEN KRISTINA DEE LUTTRELL TOLLIVER AND HER LOVER COLLECTED MONEY FROM ME ON DECEMBER 1, 2013..SHE RAN DOWN TO THE COURTHOUSE TWO DAYS LATER AND FILED A PRO SE DIVORCE AGAINST DAMIAN. THE DIVORCE STALLED IN COURT UNTIL MARCH BECAUSE SHE NEVER SERVED DAMIAN. THE COURT ISSUED A DISMISSAL BECAUSE OF IT ON MARCH 20, 2013. SIX DAYS LATER, S WHEN THEY BOTH MYSTERIOUSLY AGREED ON A DIVORCE.

As of today Jorea is still a fugitive of the law. With her numerous aliases and her network of people who really do not know who she really is, she has been able to avoid the authorities thus far. We were informed that she will be apprehended no matter what, it's just a matter of time. The three active warrants will NEVER go away....they must be dealt with by Jorea. Ms. Kelley Mcnamee Jackson Blount, please turn yourself in to the authorities. Considering the fact that you are aware of the warrants and you have chosen to evade the authorities, there is a good possibility that your bonds will be raised or possibly be redefined as 'no bond' due to your previous criminal record and your lack of cooperation in this investigation.

Additionally, I had an extensive conversation with the attorney that Jorea supposedly sold the Malibu to in December 2012. He clearly stated to me that he was never involved with Jorea in a romantic capacity as she stated and he did not purchase or agree to purchase a vehicle from Jorea and he has only met her one time. So EVERYTHING is coming unraveled for Jorea. I would encourage her to simply turn herself in. This would be a great opportunity for her to demonstrate to not only us but to every reader of these postings that she is not a coward as she has accused us of being. Perhaps I do not know the definition of the word coward. everytime we were summoned to court, required to discuss this matter with any person or entity required, we showed up and sealt with the matter. Which name are you saying is still in tact?  Jorea Kelley Mcnamee Jackson Delene Deleney, Catheryne Delany Innaka....which one?  Because you are using them all.  Which social security number or you using now?  What job are you referring to?  You do not have a job!  All you do is create phony non-profit organizations then attach them to legitimate non profit organizations and attempt to steal funds and equipment from them.  I can list a host of non profit organizations that you are associated with in one way or another - all variations of the above-mentioned names.  You have active felony warrants and you are going back to prison.  Birthday is 09/17/1979.  The authorities know exactly who you are and they will find you.  When they do, you will be convicted of these two new charges and you are going to state prison for a very long time!  You can talk all of this big talk if you want to but you know the truth.  All anyone has to do is go back and read the ripoff reports that were placed on this site about you and then come to this ripoff report and read it....way too many similarities with your name, mode of operation and history and they will know that you are the very same person that committed all of those crimes.  Unfortunately for you...the same road you traveled once awaits you again.

Finally the truth is coming out regarding this entire matter.  Jorea Kelley who is also known as many different combinations of these names....Jorea, Delene, Mcnamee, Catheryn, Jackson, Kelley, Blount and several others.  Additionally, she has used many different social security numbers.  The most important discovery of late is the fact that Jorea Mcnamee-Blount went to federal prison in 2002 and served six years for wire/mail fraud and conspiracy.  Her federal # is 11023-035.  Jorea started a non profit organization in the state of Louisiana and subsequently  misused the funds and merchandise of the organization.  After serving her federal sentence, she and other family members (Including her mother - Allie Simmons) relocated to the DFW area and started the same "non-profit" organizational fraud activity.  "SEE "SJM FAMILY FOUNDATION"  I now realize why/how Jorea chose to file a ripoff report against my family and I.  She was familiar with this site because the people that she and her family scammed filed ripoff reports against her.  (report # from 11/28/2001 is 5261 - Jorea Blount) and the final post from 07/01/2012 report # 4762....I also now realize why she always states in her post "make sure you spell my name right"  reason being was because she was certain that she had covered her bases and there was no way she could be associated with her alias names.  She was wrong! 

Currently, due to Jorea's actions against Kristina and I, she has two active felony warrants for "aggravated assault.  Each warrant carries a bond of $25,000.00.  Additionally, Jorea has an active warrant in Ft. Worth city court for a traffic ticket in the amount of $396.00.  She has not posted ANY updates on this site since March 14th.  She has changed her phone number and she has moved out of the home she rented at 5519 Van Natta.  Unfortunately for Jorea, these active warrants will NEVER go away and because she has experience in the penal system, she knows exactly what awaits her.  In the meantime we will continue to monitor the situation and I will update again with new developments.  This woman is evil and needs to be locked away.  Hopefully she will get tired of looking over her shoulder and turn herself in to the authorities.  If not, no worries....there are people who make a living finding fugitives of the law....Justice will be served.

I am attaching a copy of the original case that you filed agaist us that was dismissed in Dallas County.  I'm also attaching a copy of the dismissal of the second case you filed in Tarrant County that was dismissed against us.  Attached is a copy of the "denial" by Judge Hubener when you tried to refile the original lawsuit against us.  I've enclosed a copy of my answer to your frivilous lawsuit which you keep alledging in your post that I have not responded to.  I've enclosed a copy of the document that you created, signed and sent to the house that states you are agreeing to accept $2460 to settle the matter....(that was before you started squeezing us for more money...you know form $2460 to $3000 to $4200 to $5200 to $7000 now back to $5200).  Enclosed you will find a copy of the official receipt that you sent to us after you filed your lawsuit in Tarrant County (big talk on the receipt - all that and your case was dismissed!)  I'm enclosing an insert from one of your court filings where you stated in your lawsuit that you had a new cell phone and case valued at over $100 in the Malibu when it was reposessed....but I'm attaching the inventory report that stated there was no cell phone found in the trunk of the car as you filed in your lawsuit.  Additionally, I'm posting a few of your text messages that include your threats and your stupidity.....

Reading your post have become a source of entertainment for me and a few others.  Watching you crash and burn and simply realizing your lack of intelligence is greater than I had imagined.  Please tell me how you are getting the last laugh?  First of all, you are not even smart enough to pay attention to the things that you post on this site.  First you said that Damion was innocent and was interested in clearing his name and he had nothing to do with the deal.  Then later (after you lost in Judge Ritchie's court) you were angry that you decided to name him in your next lawsuit....accused him of "being in on this scam and sharing in the proceeds from the scam".  You are now stating that he had nothing to do with the deal (which was your original statement)  Yet you reported to the court that he was responsible as well.  Do you not understand that courts frown on frivilous lawsuits?  Everytime you get on this site you do more and more damage to your case.  You KEEP talking about how broke we are but you keep hounding us for something.  You say that I'm not affecting your job (you do not have one), your career (you do not have one), your money (clearly you have none) or the roof over your head (that roof at 5519 looks like it is about to cave in so no need to affect that).

ikeep telling myself that I'm not going to respond to your post....yet something inside will not allow me to sit back and read all of these terrible lies and half truthts and not respond.  So, here we go...First of all, you did not respond to ANY of the challenges that I posted in my previous statement (we both know the reason for that).  Secondly, I have NEVER texted you in multiples asking you to not involve Damion or anyone else in this madness.  Would I have preferred that you left innocent people out of your "quest for vengeance"?  Yes, but I never texted you begging you for anything,nor would I ever.  Post a copy of your phone records on here showing my number in the capacity that it should be represented on your bill according to your statement.  We both know why you changed your phone number but that is not going to prevent what is forthcoming.

You seem to be confused on a few points so let me clarify them for you.  NO ONE is afraid of seeing you in court and/or dealing with you.  In fact, I'm looking forward to our court date, I'm ready for this matter to be done and over with.  Kristina did not lose her job because of ANYTHING thant she did, she lost her job because of what you did.  You stained Kristina's and Corelogic's names in a capacity that will be dealt with in Distict court.  You see, the difference in you and us is this:  We are not rushing out and putting false information in the public domain, we are not threatening individuals with physical harm and we are not threatening people with their jobs. 

We have sat back and allowed you to do all of these viscious and vindictive acts until you positioned yourself for the legal wrath that is coming to you very soon.  We could have countersued you a very long time ago but we are not interested in wasting time securing a financial judgement against you knowing that you have no way of ever settling the judgement.  I find it very, very laughable how you CONTINUE to talk about how poor and broke we are (can't even afford plane tickets, Kristina is about to lose her home, ect) yet you are adamantly pursuing us in court....who pursues lawsuits and judgements against unemployed, poor broke bitches who are about to lose everything they have?  I will answer that - NO ONE.

You referenced this title loan that Kristina took out on the Malibu and then "deceived" Damion, allowed me to impersonate him, forged his name on a title and blah, blah, blah.....check your facts agaian, both Damion and Kristina took out the title loan together....and since you and he are so chummy now, ask him why that transaction took place.....if he doesn't tell, I will post the answer to that questions and many others later.  You say that Damion is innocent and he was dragged into this mess and defrauded and YOU are going to make sure he keeps his job as long as he files a motion to "tell the truth".  The truth is apparent...I placed the ad, you respomded, we negotiated, you authored the agreement, you met with me and thetransaction happened.  Damion nor Kristina were involved.  So whenever Damion is dropped from the lawsuit, the same will happen with Kristina.  It apperas to me that you are attempting to "strong-arm" someone....well, perhaps you can do that to weaker individuals but not me.

You have no idea where I work, I know you want to know so you can perhaps pull the same tactic that you pulled with Kristina and threatened Damion with.....but I will never let you know and because it's a 1099 contract situation, you can't find out and I know that burns you up.....

If anyone really takes the time to analyze this cause in it's entirety, they would realize that you are simply a very disturbed individual who clearly feels as though you have lost your footing in the case and now you are desperate to do harm because you are so angry.  I'm afraid that position has gotten you into a tad bit of trouble.  Do you not realize that I'm on parole (one foot in prison and one foot out) had I done ANYTHING remotely close to illegal I would have been arrested in a heartbeat. 

You keep using the words "scam and fraud"....yet, parole has done nothing to me, the Ft. Worth PD has done nothing to me and yet today, as we speak, warrants are being issued for your arrest on felony charges.  All of the statements that you attributed to the parole department, Ft. Worth PD and Judge Ritchie have been unconfirmed. Texting me countless times stating how the "police are at your house taking a report on me", "the police said that if I give your money back there will be no charges", "the police will be contacting you and the registered owners today"......on and on with all of these lies...

You say that Kristina and I came up with a plan to sell the Malibu to raise money to pay mortgage.......Do you know tha Kristina has only had two jobs in the past 17 years and she has no problem paying her mortgage?  I'm sure you can't relate to that because the payment at 5519 Van Natta can't exceed $50 per month considering the condition of that property, it is so ragged that it does not appear that anyone could possibly live there.  The city of Ft Worth should destroy that property, it looks like a hazzard!  None of the Ft. Worth officers that you alledged you were "sleeping with" could confirm such a thing.  No one in the Ft. Worth PD could confirm the statement you attributed to them that said "you could put a bullet in my head and nothing would happen to you"....In fact, no one can coniorm ANYTHING that you have posted or filed in court. Just remember this:  a pair of lips can say anything but truth and what you can prove is what matters in court.

Anyone reading this mess would have to ask themselves....."why is Till not in jail for scamming and defrauding Jorea Kelley?  Especially since he is on parole.....Answer that question Jorea, inquiring minds want to know.  You filed in one of your lawsuits that you had a brand new cell phone in the trucnk of the Malibu when it was reposessed (a Christmas gift for your son who was living at the apartment with your mom and sister)....yet, I'm sitting here holding an inventory report and property receipt from when you retrieved your items and there is no cell phone listed.....why is that?  I will tell you - because you lied!  Filed a false statement in your lawsuit to enhance your financial loss....You have painted a very interesting picture of how this matter has played out but whenever we get to court, it will be a different story. 

Just remember that all of these things you are staing have to be proved.  (the personal attacks, lies and actions will be dealt with in another way)  but inside the court room everything has to be proven and I can't wait to hear you prove your case....hopefully you will do a much better job than you did in Judge Ritchie's court...I expected more from a paralegal (you do recall sending me the text stating that you were a paralegal - if you do not remember, I still have it and I will post it for you if necessary. 

Christopher Lewis, your ex whom you sold the Malibu to on December 8th (lie).....most everything you have said and done from the beginning has been less than truthful.  Only one of the four addresses you used are valid.....and that is 5519 Van Natta which is where you live, you have nothing!  I also still have the text messages that you sent me "stating that you were paying for the Malibu with your student loan checks".....I NEVER deleted any messages from you.  I suppose whenever these statements, quotes, messages, emails, texts, ect all arise in court all you can do is either lie or tell the truth....either way, you lose.

You spoke on how you have CONFIRMED how broke we are.....how do you do such a thing?  And if you confirmed our "brokeness" why are you so dilligently pursuing us?  You actions are inconsistent with your statements.  At the end of the day, this will all behandled through a judicial system that is flawed but our best option for justice both in civil and criminal court.  So here is what I do know:  I sold you a vehicle in August of 2012 that I was not the registered owner of.  ( you said that you did not know I did not own the Malibu, thus you were scammed)  On December 8, 2012 YOU reported to me that you sold the Malibu to Christopher Lewis, an attorney who was your ex and he purchased it for his son.  So you actually sold a car that YOU KNEW YOU DID NOT OWN to someone else.....Go Figure.   

I do know that neither myself (although I'm on parole), Kristina or Damion are facing any criminal charges for any wrongdoing.....yet you are facing felony and misdemeanor charges with the Ft Worth PD.  I do know that you posted a whole bunch of mess on this website talking about what was going to happen in Judge Ritchie's court and how he was going to rule and how aware of my actions he was and how you filed a second report about slanderous statements I wrote about you, ect.....but when we went to court on February 15th, you lost and your case was dismissed.  You were enraged afterwards and lost your cool and committed felony acts.  THOSE ARE THE FACTS!  Everything else is just fodder.  So now, I will get back to work, I have things to do, people to see, lawsuits to prepare, interviews to partake in and cowards with no backbones to laugh at........

It is very hard for me to continue to listen to all of the lies that are being posted by Jorea Kelley.  First and foremost, let's set the record straight.  In court on Friday, February 15, 2013 Jorea Kelley's lawsuit was dismissed by Judge Ritchie.  I know that is shocking news to ANYONE who is reading these postings because in all of the previous postings Jorea Kelley spoke boldly about how familiar Judge Ritchie was with this case and how he was looking forward to ruling on such.....well, that was all bullcrap and now we all know that was bull because he threw the case out!  I'm not going to even discuss the events that took place after we left court........I will update the reader's on the particulars of that in a later post.

Now we are back to Judge Hubener's court and we are eargerly anticipating our date in court there as well.  You are so stupid to actually name someone else in this lawsuit when you have already stated they were innocent and had no knowledge or insight as to whatever the exchange was between you and I.  You lied on this party when you added him to the lawsuit and you also stated in your filing on Tuesday that the party was before Judge Ritchie on the 15th and lead said judge to believe untruths.  EVERYTHING that you have done is about to blow up in your face!  Three separate lawsuits are being filed against you as we speak, one in disgtrict court and two others in small claim courts in the amount of $10,000 each.

Although you claim you changed your phone number due to repeated calls and text that you were receiving from me on Monday, we both know that is untrue and please be prepared to substantiate that claim in court.  I have not called you once and I ONLY texted you whenever I was responding to something that you sent over to me.  Additionally, you continue to speak to Kristina via this website and text messages as if you know her....you don't know Kris and you simply met her on one evening briefly as we met to give you the updated tags for the Malibu.  Stop giving relationship advice!

We are committed to fighting you tooth and nail to the very end if you are unable to realize that you are going to take a loss in this deal because we have lost more than you have ever had.  I refuse to give you a red cent!  Kristina and Damion will be released of liability because you have already stated that you KNOW neither of them had anything to do with the deal beyond being "registered owners".  Your issue is with me and I did right by you....you called, answered the ad, had monies from a student loan that you wanted to contribute to purchasing the car, your credit was bad and you could not purchase any other way.  I felt sorry for you and this is the thanks I get?  If you were such an upstanding, well paid professional that you professed to be, why were you desperate when you came to me?  So keep attacking all of us personally and professionally and let's see how it all comes out in the wash.

Tarrant County constable deputies have shown up to the home of Kristina Tolliver to serve her and her AMERICA'S DUMBEST CRIMINAL boyfriend, Tilford Young.

They have 10 days to provide the Judge Gary Ritchie Court with an answer. Failure to do so will result in automatic DEFAULT judgment for $7000.00 which I am hoping to get since the evidence has been made public against them. A settlement has been reached late yesterday evening with Tilford Young, Kristina Tolliber and the TDCJ Parole Office. I am satisfied with the financial settlement and will be filing a motion to dismiss on the civil lawsuit against them. 

If it wasn't for the the TDCJ Parole Division taking IMMEDIATE action then I would still be out of money and no car for my mom and sister. Luckily, my sister has only had to endure walking and catching buses and TRE train for two weeks.

As I stated to Tilford's parole officer, it did NOT have to come to this is these two individuals had quickly rectify the situation but they were given several chances prior to me posting on here and filing a civil suit against them. The old saying is " PRIDE COMES BEFORE THE FALL".

I am scheduled to pick up my cashier check this morning at the TDCJ Parole Office that Kristina's parents provided to reimburse me. She should have called them two weeks ago and she wouldn't be posted on here NOR would her job have found out.

I was contacted by Ms. McDonald, TDCJ Parole Supervisor of the Ft Worth DPO 1 Office and Ms. Dickerson, TDCJ Regional 2 Parole Director this morning. Three hours later, I met with Mr. Kenneth Moody, Parole Officer of Tilford Young. After looking at all my DOCUMENTATION he concluded that I was "SCAMMED BIG TIME" by KRISTINA AND TILFORD.  

He told me that he contacted Mr. Young to inform him that they were aware of the situation and he needed to GET THE MONEY RIGHT AWAY. I also learned that Kristina Dee Grant Tolliver was "suspended pending an investigation" from CORELOGIC.

I guess I was supposed to be happy but I am not. I have lost a total of $4200.00 and have no car. Yet, I am now feeling sorry for this "crook". I stated this to Mr. Moody that I am not happy to hear she may lose her job completely due this scam. My sister has walk nearly a mile to NE MALL, catch RIDER REQUEST to the NORTH RICHLAND HILLS train station. Wait 15 minutes for the train to DT Ft Worth and hop another bus to her job at the TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION Northside Office due to the EVIL GREEDINESS of these two individuals. smh.. The car was used to transport my 70 year old mother.

GOD states that "whatever you reap, you shall sow" so please remember that MR YOUNG why you wrote on here in a previous statement that you drive a "2011 Lexus" . YOU BOTH WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW. GOD does NOT like UGLY. I hope the thousands of dollars you scammed from us was well worth what GOD has in store for you both.





FACT: The vehicle's car title was pawned on April 30, 2012 (see uploaded document Vehicle History Report). Car is registered to both KRISTINA AND DAMIAN J TOLLIVER. (Mr Tolliver stated to me that the home and car was turned over to Kristina in a divorce settlement so the divorce decree eliminated his liability in the matter)



FACT: An ad was posted on CRAIGSLIST by TILFORD YOUNG. He collected $2500 CASH at the home I have learned is really belonging to KRISTINA AND DAMIAN TOLLIVER.



FACT: Mr. Young identified himself to us as the LEGAL OWNER of the Vehicle which the NRH Police Dept was the first to inform us HE WAS NOT.



FACT: Tilford never disclose that the car 's title was pawned four months earlier.



FACT: IN OCTOBER, KRISTINA AND TILFORD, along with her son MET ME at SHELL gas station at I20 and McCart to provide me with the VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL STICKER. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID THEY WERE NOT HUSBAND AND WIFE OR IDENTIFY HERSELF AS THE REAL OWNER OF THE CAR.



FACT: I spent $1000 on NEW TIRES, RIM LOCKS, REPAIR TWO SPECIALITY RIMS and other repairs because this was an "investment" into owning the car. I wouldnt have spent the money had I known it was a scam and the car was going to be snatched from me. Tilford told me (via text) that he considered the expenses "UPGRADES" and felt he nor Kristina should reimburse me for it. Their illegal actions caused me to spend the money and then lose the car less than 4 months later. The car was repoed DUE TO THIER ACTIONS NOT MINE. Yet, this CON ARTIST wants to tell me why he shouldn't be held liable for it.



FACT: TILFORD RECEIVE ANOTHER $500 from me on December 1, 2012 at Sam's near I20 and Campus Dr. The car was repoed 2 1/2 weeks later on December 21, 2012.





Women that are desperate for alove and affection from a MAN will accept any MAN into their HOMES. I am glad the I am NOT desperate for a low class man. Tilford has only been out THIS TIME for only 6 months. A SAD CASE. I dont know whether to be ANGRY with Kristina or feel SAD and pity for HER.



 This is a learning lesson for all parties involved.

It appears that Mr. Young was arrested and convicted in federal court for attempting to extort money from former NBA star Donald Royal and his wife. This guy live with Donald Royal for 6 months and he THOUGHT that Tilford was his friend. LOL!

You can post whatever you want on this website and any others.  However, you know the truth and I do also.  I'm looking forward to our court DATES, there will be more than one.  You will have your day and we will have ours.  It is unfortunate that you were so desperate for a vehicle and I felt sorry for you.  You spoke about how terrible your credit was and how you could not get financed by any lenders.  Good that you are able to make cash money from the families of incarcerated individuals in prison by smuggling drugs and cell phones inside the prison.  Use some of that money to buy you another car.  You may also want to smuggle more drugs into the prisons because you will need additional money to hire an attorney to defend the liable suit that is forthcoming.

The aforementioned report regarding myself, Tilford L. Young and Kristina Tolliver is an absolute untruth!  On August 24, 2012 Jorea **** responded to a "Auto For Sale" ad I posted on Craigslist.  The ad was in reference to a 2005 Malibu.  The auto was registered to Kristina Grant Tolliver and her ex-husband.  According to a previous agreement that was in place between Kristina and her ex, the Malibu was in sole possession.  A title loan had been executed on this vehicle in May, 2012.  The loan was current and in good standing.  Realizing there was no need for this additional vehicle because Kristina also owned a 2012 Camaro, teen daughters drove 2005 and 2011 Ford Focus's respectfully and I drove a 2011 Lexus product , I elected to sell the Malibu.

Jorea **** responded to the ad which stated "issues with the title".  We had an extensive conversation on the phone and I expressed to her there were issues with the title due to divorce proceedings and I would not have a clear title available until March of 2013.  I did not go into details regarding the matters of the title and she did not ask any questions.  She expressed to me her serious need for an additional vehicle that produced better gas mileage than her Jeep for her commute to Hutchins State Jail each day for work.  We hammered out the details via the telephone and I gave her my address.  Collectively we decided that she would prepare our agreement because she stated to me that she was a paralegal by profession.  Several hours later she called and said the agreement was completed.  I gave her the home address and she and two female individuals arrived about forty-five minutes later.  Upon her arrival she immediately exited her jeep and viewed the Malibu as it sat in the drive-way.  I walked her around the car and we sat inside the car going over all of the electronics and control mechanisms.  I started the vehicle and then I suggested that she and the two females take the Malibu for a test drive.  Jorea quickly declined and stated to me that she wanted to buy the car.  At that point we entered the home and reviewed the agreement together.  There was language in the contract that she prepared that stated the title would not be available until March 2013.  We executed the contract, she made the down payment of $2500 cash, I signed the receipt and walked her out.

In September I contacted Jorea after the registration was received.  We decided on a meeting place and time to make the exchange.  I gave her the registration and she paid me $65.  Kristina was with me during this exchange.  I introduced the two of them and then we drove away.  On December 1, 2012 Jorea contacted me and expressed that she wanted to make an additional payment in the amount of $500.  A meeting time and place was decided on, we met, she made the payment and I signed a receipt.  On December 8, 2012 I received a text from Jorea stating that she had sold the Malibu to an attorney named Christopher Lewis who was her ex.  She stated in a series of text that she simply wanted to purchase something else for herself and Christopher was purchasing the Malibu for his son.  I strongly disagreed with this decision as our agreement did not allow for a subsequent sell.  My concern was that I did not know this person, I had an agreement in place with Jorea and the car was still registered to Kristina.  This represented risk and exposure in my opinion.  I attempted to call Jorea via the phone (as my phone records will reflect) but she chose not to answer the phone but continued to text me.  I expressed my concern and told her that if she wanted to sell the Malibu she should have consulted with me first whereas I could purchase the vehicle back and limit the risk and exposure.  At that point Jorea sent me a series of text messages that were very disrespectful, vulgar and filled with foul language.  Shortly thereafter I realized that having a reasonable conversation with her was near impossible.

Over the course of the next week she sent me in excess of 100 text messages.  She told me she had the Malibu towed to the City of Ft. Worth Inpound.  I made contact with the city and found that to be false.  Additionally, I came to discover that Christopher Lewis had not purchased the Malibu.  I grew concerned about the exposure that Kristina had regarding our limited knowledge of where the Malibu was and who was actually in possession of it.  In the interim, the title loan company reposessed the Malibu and then Jorea notified me.

I was relieved after I realized the vehicle had be retrieved.  I offered to pay her $3000 less the $135 per month payment.  She disagreed and thus the battle began.  I have a series of text messages from Jorea stating how I had committed a felony and Kristina had assisted and participated in my fraudulant activity.  She went on to say that she was speaking with detectives and we were both going to jail.  She continued with her threats of calling Kristina's job and accusing her of fraud.  Additionally, she threatened me with the possibility of calling my parole officer and having me arrested for fraud and she went on and on with her threats, harassments and foul language.  Eventually, I offered to repay her $3000 which was her total investment.  I just wanted to be done with our dealings.  She initially agreed to accept the payment of $2460, then later she agreed to accept $3000 but later she changed her mind.  She stated via text (of which I have every single one of them saved for further court proceedings) that she could get much more money in court and she really wanted "Payback"!

Eventually I realized that Jorea is not a reasonable person, not to mention the fact that her story has changed many times.  Again, my records will reflect and support every statement that I have made in this rebuttal.  She went on to contact the parole office and she contacted the corporate offices at Corelogic, Kristina's employer.  Currently Kristina and I have hired an attorney and we are preparing a liable suit against Jorea **** that will soon make her wish a thousand times that she would have taken these measures against someone other than Kristina and I....Moreso Kristina.

Jorea is suggesting that I (we) committed fraud.  How many people do you know who are on parole would commit fraud against a prison guard?  Why would someone with bad fraudulant intentions meet you at their place of residence to do a deal?  Why would someone with fraudulant intentions call you and coordinate to make certain you had the updated registration?  Why would someone with fraudulant intent call you to update their new phone number whereas the line of communication would remain open?  Why would a person with ill-intent sign for the receipts and offer a copy of their identification when the contract was executed?

The plan was to simply pay off the title loan prior to March 2013 and sign the title over to Jorea ****.  However, upon learning that she had sold the Malibu on December 8, 2012 to Chris Lewis and then listening to the new story later that the Malibu had been put in storage at the Ft. Worth City Auto Pound, my concerns grew and I was not unhappy when the title company retrieved the malibu.  At that point, the exposure was minimized and I offered her ALL of her money back...this move in essence would have allowed her to drive a car for free for four plus months.  For whatever reason, she has decided the path she is taking is warranted and justified.  However, she is sadly mistaken if she feels as though we will just sit on our hands and be vilified by her and her antics.  

The mistakes I made back in 2006, I have owned them and paid the price for my involvement in a business theft/fraud case.  I paid the price with three years of my life.  I have a very short time left on parole, we have five children ranging in ages 5-18.  No way would I jeopardize my family and my freedom over $3000.  Particularly by trying to con a prison officer when there were many people replying to my ad.  I never begged her not to contact the parole office nor did I boast about the Malibu being retrieved.  I did ask her not to contact Corelogic as Kristina was at no fault in this matter.  She ignored that request and we will deal with that matter accordingly.  Kristina is thirty-eight years old, she has NEVER been arrested, NEVER been charged with a crime and has no criminal background, foreground or intent to cause harm or fraud toward anyone.  As for me, I have had a run-in or two, I have owned them and I have paid my dues.  Please be advised that every word in my statement can be supported by facts.  I'm certain that Jorea **** can not say the same.  Soon we will have our days in court, hers in small claims, ours in civil district court.
