Krisitina Paider leased a condo unit in Scottsdale under false pretenses, and promises. Requiring an unusually large deposit, Kristina received $1400 rent each month that was NEVER received past due. A condition to accepting the lease was that the mildewed carpet would be replaced, and that we would be allowed to re-paint the condo without financial responsibility (the walls were a shiny, glazed gold).

After vacating the condo's premises, Kristina changed the supposed date that she legally was required to return the deposit from 30 to 90 days. Kristina replaced the stove, carpet, re-painted and tiled the bathroom floors immediately after we, the tenants, vacated. Now she is refusing to return the deposit and is using it to cover the costs of fixing up the apartment, that desperately needed it prior to our move in.

Despite pictures that prove the condition of the apartment, written notes and many false - promising phone calls, KRISITNA PAIDER IS TRYING TO RIP-OFF THREE RECENT COLLEGE GRADS because she does not live in the state!

Hold on to all of your paperwork and file suit.

Good luck. In Maricopa County you can order the paperwork online. Find the closest Scottsdale justice court to you and file there. It's like $25.
