Kristine Larab charged $300 in unauthorized charges Roseville California
My 16yr old daughter bought a wax kit in Sep'17 that never worked from the day it arrived. She contacted them and they told her there were no refunds for the product. They went on 3 months later to charge her 5 times in the month of Dec'17 totallying $300 in unauthorized charges. The bank will investigate but only after we attempt to get resolution on our own. Their email yesterday bounced on their server, today another maill appears to be going through. I wish my daughter would have asked me about this purchase first, they have no telephone and their email is to a gmail account. I would never have allowed her to purchase through them the information on the website does not appear to be as a reputable company.
