I have been shopping at Kroger for years and Years.  I have been shopping at the Kroger in Frisco, Texas ( 7500 Preston Road, Frisco 75035) for about 6 years now. The store is supposed to open at 6:00 am. It is never open on time. On 11/15/13 Jill did not open till 6:10 AM. Jill is an older grey haired Lady that works the self Check out area of the Kroger store. She is consistently rude.  She has a horrible attitude.  I believe she is too old and not able to maintain a positive attitude while dealing with People. Other customers have complained about her.

I wrote to Kroger Presidents Bill Breetze and David Dillon and never received a reply. I called the Store and was transferred to a manager named Stephanie. She hung up on me twice, was extremely rude and unprofessional.   I have seen Stephanie in the store before. She actually checked us out one time. She never said thank you, kiss my a*s, etc. If she hates working there, find another Job. If you work in a grocery store, you know you will be dealing with the Public and People.

This is the worst Kroger I have ever been in.  The management is terrible and a few of the employees are pathetic!   I was given a name of Mary Westbrook  and told to call her at (972) 473-6317.  I talked to Mary and left my number. I was assured by Mary that she would give my number to district Manager  Carol Swindle and have her call me. Nor Mary or Carol ever called. These people are pathetic when it comes to customer service. I filled out an online comment card and no reply was received.

The Presidents Bill Breetze  and David Dillon do not reply. Manager Stephanie hangs up on me twice and is rude, and Mary Westbrook lies and does not have Carol Call as she promised. Jill is extremely rude. She is a bad apple in the store. No wonder , she is lead by Stephanie. The service of Kroger has been terrible, rude, unresponsive and unprofessional. Horrible service! I would shop (((competitors' names redacted))) and any other Kroger. I would avoid this Kroger!!

I shop at Kroger all the time and have nothing but great service.  Sounds to me like you are just full of yourself expecting someone to wait on you hand n foot.  Grow up - and who the hell shops at the grocery store at 6 am???

Shop at Walmart then!! AND are you the same person who filed a report about Tom Thumb with the wine???? As for Karl the idiot - your idiot poems and songs have nothing to do with "let me think" ANYTHING reported here!! GO AWAY!!!!

Happy Friday!

Do the folks at the Frisco, Texas Kroger a big favor & shop elsewhere. You're what's known in the service industry as a PITA (pain in the arse).  You believe that just because you spend some money with a business, all that business's employees must take your verbal abuse & jump thru hoops in order to try & please you. Not so!  Stop being so confrontational with everyone who has the misfortune of having to deal with you & find yourself something constructive to do. Get a job. Do volunteer work. Start a new hobby. Sign up for a yoga/exercise class to work off what's really eating you. You are clearly a very unhappy person, but you are responsible for your own happiness, not anyone else. The world owes you nothing. People in the service industry owe you nothing.

I dealt with the public on a daily basis and 99% were great,  Then there's that 1% who ALWAYS find fault, have a continuing bad mood and try to take it out on those they consider inferior to themselves.   BTW, in case you're too dense to understand what I'm saying, YOU are definitely in that 1%.

Get a life, lighten up and see how much happier you (and all you come in contact with) will have a better life. My mother-in-law always treated service people rudely and was herself a very unhappy person.

Firstly, them opening late by 10 mins may have been a internal server issue. If your registers are not online, then most retail businesses will not open. So nice to see your self entitled attitude. I guess everything really is bigger in texas, including the asses.

YOU have a vendetta against NORMAL employees. This tells me two things. The first is that you see them as less then ppl. And that you see them as lessers to you. The second thing I see, is that you have no REAL complaint. You werent ripped off. Neither were you scammed. There is no Law even in Texas that says they must open EXACTLY at the time posted. Circumstances outside their control can and does change what time they open. This post sounds like you have it out for two very specific ppl and you are going to make trouble for them because you had to wait a WHOLE 10 mins.

It also sounds like youre mad because they dont kiss your a*s when you shop there. These employees get minimum wage. Customer service DOES NOT mean that they have to sit there and take abuse from self entitled twits such as yourself. Maybe you need to get off your high horse and start treating those ppl around you better. YOU ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT!! THE WORLD WILL GO ON WITHOUT YOU!!

So maybe instead of spending the energy to write a negative report because you had to wait a few mins, you might want to reach out to these ppl. YOU have no idea WHAT they have to deal with. If I had to deal with a customer like you, I wouldnt be very pleasant and I would definatly NOT thank you. Also pointing out that the Jill person is "Too Old" goes to show YOUR lack of life experience. Its obvious simply by the fact that you are attempting to use HER age as a point in your argument. One day YOU will be aged. How would you like it if some young POS rode in in their high horse demanding that YOU kiss THEIR a*s.

But we all know what your answer is. "Im better then that". "No one would do that to me" What goes around comes around. And you do need it to come around on you. Your OLD mother must be SO VERY PROUD of what she raised.

You play the victim quite well, but ANYONE who can read will see this for what it is. A BS post by someone who is too young and too self entitled to function in the real world. You use the word "rude" yet you fail to acknowledge your part in the rude behavour.

If you don't like kroger, do not shop there.  Why are you grocery shopping at 6:00 am anyway?

I believe that exposing your Ripoff Report on the worldwide web was a good idea. A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that exposure is a corporation's worst fear. You can type in 269041 at this site and scroll down to the consumer comment entitled "Blame it on a Lawyer" at Ripoff Report #269041 and read more of what the good professor said to his class of executives in late 2004.

Good luck to you, and make sure to expose your Ripoff Report all over the web at sites like Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, and Facebook every day!
