Kroger Gift card bought at Ralphs during their 4 times rewards program. Ralphs grocery store I bought Two (2) $500.00 Gift cards with a managers (Manny F) help during a 4x reward program and did not receive any points at all and when I got gas later I did "not" get any discount at all but I was charged 200 points anyway off of my other points that I had accumulated to that date. I bought Two (2) $500.00 Gift cards at Ralph's with a managers (Manny F) help during a 4x Gas reward program and did not receive any points at all and when I got gas later I did "not" get any discount at all but I was still charged 200 points anyway off of my other points that I had accumulated to that date. I called customer service but after my explanation I realized that I was talking to a female brick who would not help me in any way! I have both cards as evidence of these scams!
