Complaint Review: Kross Inspectors

Kross inspectors fraudulently falsified a wind mitigation report to my insurance company.  They also missed over 5k worth of repairs that i have completed since moving in to my new home just in a five month period.  The inspector, Wayne Castens is clueless and never looked over any issues with my pool.  He could not even report a shower head that needed replacement. Wayne Castens also solicited his so-called contracter services he could supply me when i mentioned i am going to install wood floors.  After Wayne Castens realized it was a conflict of interest with his boss, Jim Kreiderk, he told me that he could still do the job and did not care what his boss's policies were.  He then left me hanging out to dry on the job and a roof cerification he was to perform and stated that i was pressuring him to do work. I already had my floors installed and only needed him for the roof inspection due to my insurance company questioning his reports.  He lied and left me without showing up for his appointment.  When i called to ask where he was, the receptionist, Amy lied as well.  Needless to say, I had to get another vendor for the roof inspection.  I asked to speak to the President, Jim Kreider, and he hung up on me and said he was at the hospital with an emergency.  When i called Amy back, a punk with a big mouth, Brandon Richardson answered the phone and told me to go pound sand.  He then cursed me out and i returned fire.  Brandon Richardson is a new inspector who is in training with the company for just over a year.  Finally, i received an email from my Insurance agent showing the email from Jim Kreider as he fraudulently changed the wind mitigaition report regarding the roof specs without my authorization or signature.  He also fraudulently signed Wayne Castens name with a dated months after the wind mitigation took place.  He stated that "after an internal audit, it was found that Wayne Castens made mistakes on the initial report for the wind mitigation".  Jim Kreider then fraudulently entered dimension measurements that made it appear Wayne Castens actually took from the roof.  Wayne Castens never even placed a ladder on the house to access the roof.

 In addtiion, i had to have a professional roofing company to come out and verify that my roof had an update overlay of shingles, because Wayne Castens never even documented or noticed that the roof had new/overlay when the new addition was built in 1997.  When i asked Wayne Castens why he didnt notate the updated roof, he replied i only check the permits that are pulled on a house.  Well, he didnt realize that when a new addtion was added to the home, that it received new shingles, DUH!  What a moron!  

If you want a lazy, incompetent, fraudulent, unethical and unprofessional home inspection company then call KROSS INSPECTORS AND ASK FOR JIM KREIDER, WAYNE CASTENS, BRANDON RICHARDSON OR AMY to schedule an inpection.  You will have no idea how to negotiate with the seller as you will not know any future repairs that will be needed.  By the way, I first filed a complaint with the BBB and no response was given.  Needless to say when i google searched Kross Inspectors, they had a rating of an "F".  Please tell everyone you know about these SCAMMERS.  They need to be sanctioned and lose their licenses to practice home inspections.  I also sent them a 30 day notice to refund all my payments for services rendered and they have ignored the demand for payment.  What do you think?
