Krowdster Charged me twice. Stole $400 and their services don't work. Complete scam!
I bought $200 facebook custom audiecne for one month. I spent hundreds of dollars on ads and got zero leads which means that their list is not authentic. I was charged for the second month so I tried calling their line and every time I was sent to automatic voicemail saying all lines are busy.
That lead me to the conclusion they don't have a customer service representives. I tried emailing them and they responded after 7 days saying that It was too late when I canceled my subscription. I talked to Anne and tried my best to explain to her how their list doesn't work and I'm only asking for a refund for the second month but she refused to give me my refund. This is a complete rip off!
