My husband and I were scammed from this company too. they promised free travels and certificates valid for cruise and a week resort , none of this was true. They told us we can sell our weeks , (we bought 1 bedroom unit , silver bi-annual)with other agency and make a big investment . In a few weeks we found out it is a company didn't ever exist and it is fictitious, the legal name is not even registered for business purposes in the registered business of Florida. We bought it in October and in January they send us a letter telling us there was an increment of taxes of 500.00 , we were charged higher interest rate for their collecting company; all of them operate together trying to get the most money they can from you. Before you use your week you have to paid also 700 dlls for maintain Fee. The cost of the membership was at the end like 12,000. After all the failing attempts to try to cancel the membership .We decided to transfer our weeks with RCI and use it in other resort . several calls and emails we have sent to Martha Gonzalez and Silvia Gonzalez , they were trying to get in advance the 50 % of the value or the total payment of the membership and never give us back the RCI registration , also they made false promises of another week and 2 other week certificates . They only charged us with the extra 50% of the total membership value and now we didn't get neither the week in the resort or the 2 weeks certificates. We will try to cancel the charge back with the bank . We didn't sent back the documents signed. It is a complete fraud company with unethical business practices. they only try to get more money they can from you and if you are buying with the purposes to make business profit , it is not going to work out! Be aware! I will report them through the LA times and fill a complain in the business Bureau.
