Complaint Review: Krystal Hamburgers

Some co-workers decided to go to Krystal Hamburgers which is just down the street from work. Several orders were placed at the drive-thru, and brought back to the office. Upon handing out the hamburgers, a bloody bandaid was found in the bottom of the bag. Of course, everyone lost their appetite.

A call was placed to Krystal, informing them of the situation, and we asked to speak to the manager. The manager was not in, but the person who answered offered a refund or to remake the order. We decided we didn't want another order.

A call was then placed to the health department. They went out the following day for a suprise inspection. None of the workers use gloves, and there were many other violations we were told.

Stay away from Krystal. At this location, the service is poor, the workers are rude and unsanitary. This incident was so disgusting, we decided to let as many people as we can.
