KSLC - KSL Concepts - Cydcor, Racist Company and President! Atlanta Georgia
A RACIST PIG by the name of Ken Lear runs this company. African Americans and or other minorities BEWARE if you apply to this company. Ken Lear will pretend to like Black people or Colored people as he call them just to persuade you to go into the "field" (cotton field) if you ask me just to make money off your black a** to increase his office profit and generate more sales for his office! He hires and fires black people so quick it will leave your head spinning!
Oh and Guess what? They claim you will run your own office but there are only three black owners out of 300 owners and those three will probably quit within the next year because he treats them like s**t too. If the receptionist call you for an interview hang up quick and run otherwise you're likely to endure some heavy racism once you walk through the door! I had a terrible experience there and my next course of action is to call the news and put this company and Cydcor (their parent company on blast)!

LOL.... I worked for this company for about a year... Ken is so full of Sh#t... At the time I needed a job so I didnt care bout door to door because I was good at it. I made like $700 a week.... BUT THIS IS HOW THEY F#CKED ME OVER. After like 4months I was so good, I got offered a promotion with the chance to open a new office in Nashville, TN.. So I accepted, packed up out ATL and moved with the rest of my team.... These assholes fired me a month after the move.. H**l they coulda left me in ATL... Ken Lear and Phil Trueblood are crooks.. But I got them back.. OH YEAH.....

I can say what I want when I want. It's funny if you so called worked there why didn't you make it to management? Probably because you are either Ken yourself making a post *pause* I had to laugh. Wow, I can't believe that you didn't make it in Ken's office. What I love most about your post is it's all race related. It has nothing to do with the hours, or the hard work that people USUALLY complain about... NO...he just up and fired you because you're black. Really? Is that the best excuse you have? I mean, it could have been your professionalism. If you speak in the manner you type, that would definitely have been a problem. I've been to Ken Lear's office, and it's really professional. Not only that, but I can definitely see A LOT of negativity and laziness. If you complain about everything, and don't take any initiative, WHY would they keep you? Maybe you just need to step up your game. I did work with them for about two years, and know Ken personally. I know first hand that it's not for everybody, and it's hard work. While you're searching for your next interview, do what you request of others: look at the person, and the company for who and what they are, instead of how many black employees they have or promote per year.

I currently work for KSLC and I am mixed..... hmmmmmm If Ken was racist then would I or any of the other black amercians be there??? I just think that you couldnt handle the challenge and you quit. You wanted to blame someone else for your lack of work ethic.

How come blacks are allowed to be racist. But people get made @ white people for speaking out or saying anything about racist black people.
Its ok for them to pick on white people take there jobs fire all the white people that Is what Is going on these days.
