Kara presents as a PR guru/PR expert when actuality she is deceptive and scamming small business entrepreneurs. She was hired to promote services such as: Local/National Media, Exposure, Newspapers, Magazines, Online Media, Social Media, Press Releases, TV/Radio Interviews, Blogs, Sponsorship, Marketing plans. She did none of the above, in fact when sent my BIO (she improperly made some edits and it was a grammatical mess) not fitting for the public or any press for that matter.
She did not produce results within our defined timeframe. After she was asked to refund my money, she played like she would comply but then disappeared and stopped answering email, text, and phone calls.
This Kara Topolky is a scam artist and preys on small business structures.
Ultimately, I wanted a refund for services that were never rendered my request went ignored. This person has shady-boots, lacks integrity and should be exposed!

She did the same to me! Five months go by and still no money back. I paid cash because she said she won't take paypal or wire money to bank. (Dumb me) She sold me the brooklyn bridge. What a piece of trash she is. She will be in jail and we will all be laughing at her. I see she was in jail too a long time ago in San Fransico. Her phone number is 415-336-8513. She keeps changing it. If you google her only fraud comes up.
You can go to your local District Attorneys Office and have a warrant put on her to be extradited to your state. I'm working on mine Friday to have her arrested in Las Vegas and brought to New York City. This alone will cost her thousands of dollars and NYC won't give her bail because she is from out of state. Then you can sue her

Watch your business dealings with this woman, after realizing we were not a Professional Match I asked for refund. She agreed yet the funds never came! Emails and phone calls went ignored, very unprofessional and integrity lost!
