At the beginning of the hiring process for KSW, all seemed well. I received a phone call from Maddy who is(I'm guessing) their receptionist. She seemed very nice. I scheduled my first interview for the next day which was a Tuesday.
Upon arriving at KSW, the incredibly small lobby had at least 10-12 people there with only 4 or 5 seats. The lobby was riddled with sports memorabilia and a plasma with ESPN playing. This caught my attention, being an avid sports fan. After waiting 30-40 minutes I was called back to be interviewed by Brendon. He looked at my resume rattled off something that sounded like a cereal box Mission Statement and then told me to come back tomorrow for a second interview. He also mentioned to dress warm and clear your day, expect to be here from 11-8pm. Sounds like a hell of a second interview.
Being unemployed I figured I would take a chance and see what they had to offer. I arrived at 10:45am and was assigned to gentlemen named "Justice" I thought someone from the WWE was going to come out. We gathered outside and decided to use one car to get our destination.
I was piled into the back of a tiny car with four other people and driven to an area with an abundance of houses. As I had mentioned before, I was told to dress warmly. It was an understatement. The temperature throughout the day never got above 24 degrees and the wind chill was easily 7-15 degrees.
Once we were dropped of in a section of Vorhees we literally just went from door to door trying to get people to except a free consultation from Power Windows and Siding. It quite possibly could have been the worst 9 hours of my life. It was so cold my body was numb by 6:00pm. Through the 9 hours out in the sub-freezing cold we got one person to sign up and two people call the cops on us for bothering them.
If someone knocks at my door at 7:45pm when it's 20 degrees out, they better have running shoes one because I'm chasing them down and making it CLEAR never to solicit at that hour.
All in all, this company is a great, big, enormous SCAM!!!!! Avoid at all cost.

P.S. Their website www.kswmarketinggroup.com is and HAS been conveniently "under construction". HA
