KT Botanicals Tyler Fraud, Refuses to ship orders and refuses to answer phone calls or emails. Threatens customers, Stole Money Fair Oaks, California
I placed an order for a pound of marshmallow leafe for my bleeding ulcers. I waited 14 days after the payment cleared (payment was made oct 12) and wrote in to the company. They insisted that all orders were update on their main website, however, not a mention of Octoboer and according to their updates October orders should have shipped. They also do not tell you until AFTER the purchase that it is a pre-order and you have no choice but to pay a %15 cancelation fee! I've reported the company to my bank and am writing my state prosecuors office as well as posting a scam report everywhere I can. They refuse to give the money back and absolutely will not admit that if you order from them you wont recieve your package for up to 6 months or more. I placed two orders from ceompetitors and got them within 7 days.
The customer service is a joke and they flat out run an illegal operation. They make the rules up as they go and they attempt to use the USPS to defraud us insisting that the package is with them if they even respond to you at all. They will take your money ASAP and within 24 hours you will see a bill on your next statement but thats it. You wont get your order. After a month of waiting they wont refund my money without the 15% pre-order fee. It is a scam. A big nasty one and I should have known better considering the fact they say in big red letters we don't answer the phones. Still, they took the money and refuse to provide the service. If that is not fraud I don't know what is.
