Complaint Review: Kthleen Fisel Mendez

I purchased a Golden Retriever puppy from Kathleen Fisal Mendez of Mesa, AZ in which she promised AKC papers to come with the puppy but never delivered after months due to one excuse after another.  Beware, when buying a puppy from her, she will lie about the papers.  When calling AKC, she never registered the litter, even though the parents were registered.  She never intended to give me the papers for the dog, even though she promised she would.  Her word is no good.  Don't trust what she says.  She seems to run a semi-puppy mill out of her home in Mesa.
