Wrong way to get a refund

#8Consumer Suggestion

Mke, you're going about this all wrong. You should be approaching the company itself which is selling the product for your refund, not the site where the ads appear.

Its like you buying a Chevy afer you saw the ad on TV. If something goes wrong with the car, you do not go after TV station where you saw the ad, you contact the car dealer you bought the car from.

Thats why you did not get a timely/good response from them, because you are literally barking up the wrong tree. Do keep us updated on your refund progress after you actually contact the right party ;)

Justification for Inklineglobal

I have been using inklineglobal's products for few years. Personally, I have to say that though PCShowBuzz might not suit my needs, my refund request was processed promptly. It is written on refund policy that customer could fax, mail or scan and email the refund form request to them. It is not just print and fax As a long time customer of Inklineglobal. It is saddening to read such article when what inkline's customer service has provided me is excellent serivices. Give credit to some of their softwares which are still running good on my computer.
