KTR Machine services claimed to perform repairs on a cnc machine in which they did not do the work they billed for. Over 4000 dollars for a part that was not replaced plus Labor of 90 dollars per hour.
They have also charged another company close to 2000 dollars to install two led lights inside their machine. The lights retail for $30 dollars each.
Also sent a former employee to do work out of state and when they arrived at the hotel the company credit card was declined.

My understanding is KTR has assumed previous employee made this statement and had threatened to sue. I'm marking resolved to save him the legal trouble.

I have been using ktr machine for 7 years and I have not had one bad experience. Anytime I called with a problem it was immediately answered and I was either helped over the phone or he came in to fix the problem. They are a great honest reputable company and anyone that uses them knows it. I also bought a new fadal 8030 mill last year from them I had to choose between haas and fadal and one of my reasons with going with Fadal was because KTR service smokes haas service I don't have to wait 3 weeks to get my machine services unlike haas and I absolutley love the machine. If anyone would like to speak on validity of me being a customer of KTR for last 7 years let me know.

I have worked with KTR for a few years now and have worked with the owner for many more. I have ALWAYS received professional and quality service. It is hard to believe that shops are selling off their FADAL machines because of KTR. Who would do that, would'nt you just find someone else to service the machine?

First and foremost the report was not from a previous employee. Second from a professional perspective a business owner should not pretend to be a customer in a attempt to cover up their wrong doing. KTR Machine is ran by a couple crooks that attempt to scam customers after they build a trusting relationship with them. A lot of shops are selling off their fadal machines due to being ripped off and charged for service in which was never performed.

KTR Machine is the most professional company that I have had service my CNC Machines. I have worked with them for 8 years. This post is by an ex-employee that was fired after only 2 months due to him not performing his job duties. This employee was in my shop once and was very unprofessional. The owner has on numerous occasions helped me fix a problem over the phone with no charge, and has always provided me only what is needed to get the machine fixed. KTR also makes customers with a down machine priority. Take this complaint for what it is, an ex employee who cannot find other work trying to discredit a company that would not keep him.
