Kuhn VW is the biggest, most fraudulant, unetchical car dealership I have ever done business with.

I leased, what I thought was brand new, a 2015 VW Jetta on June 29th, 2015. I sales practices were less than steller but as we all know, this is to be expected from a car dealer any way. I was happy to be driving my newly lease car from Kuhn and thought that I had recevied everything I wanted and needed. Boy was I wrong!

I recently started exploring the idea of terminating my lease early seeing as that I am now in need of an SUV. I shopped around to see if it even made since to terminate my lease so early. My shopping lead me to a very distrubing discovery. The carfax report shows that my car was not only in an accident prior to my lease aggreement but it was also previosuly owned. This information was never disclosed to my during my lease agreement.

I brought this information to attention of a manager, Erin. I called to inform him of my discovery and he stated that he would need to do some research to verfiy this information. I agreed to call back; never heard from him. I drove down to the dealership to find out what we needed to do to resolve this error and fraudlant transaction. He said, in his own words "I am Mr. Customer Service and I will call you tomorrow by 10am with answers." Guess what, I never heard from him.

The next day I drove back down to the dealership and confronted Erin. He punted and said that the GM, David Petrie was 'going' to call me. He never did. I was upset and demanded to speak with the GM that very moment. I sat down with him and we looked into a resolution. He stated that the carfax was filed incorrectly and that he would have his controller make corrections. Then he quickly introduced me to Scott, another manager, and told him to give me more than my trade was worth to make this right. Why would you offer more money than what my car is worth if you are having your controller make corrections?

The GM told me to give him 2 weeks to make corrections. 2 weeks came and went. Now I want compensation. I am demanding that Kuhn pay off my lease and give me my trade in value monies back so that I can take my business elsewhere. I have tried to play nice but now I am going to have to sue them. My attorney is ready to file a lawsuit for fraud.

DO NOT do business with them.
