I have followed up with emails, phone calls,to date the only response I've recieved is we are running behind.At this date I don't believe they intend to fullfil my request.

Clarence claimed he only received three out of his six boxes of Cho-Wa. The fulfillment center he mentioned simply shorted a 3 pack.
Long story short, we were able to get things done via email. After some miscommunications, Mr. -- received his remaining three boxes plus another free box for his troubles. This issue did take an abnormal amount of time to resolve, but was resolved.
