after obtaining the house from the property management company we noticed a few defects with the house. We contacted Lydia the owner of the management company to let her know about these issues for we did not want to become liable four problems left behind from the previous tenants. After several months of a leaky hole in our wall which causes mildew in damage to the drywall they still did not fix the issue.the listing on the home clearly stated a heated pool which was not the case. The gas heater for the pool was deemed inoperable by the pool company that the real estate agency had employed. The solar panels for the back up heat leaked profusely.the water faucet in the bathroom petrol took 3 days for them to come out and fix after water heads constantly ran in my best up causing me to have an extremely high utility bill. I have a ceiling fan that has not worked since I've moved in still not fixed. My screen in porch that is supposed to keep me bug free so I can enjoy my outside living space. That unfortunately has holes all over the screen not to mention panels of the screen fall out after every storm . So now I bug free zone is not bug free nor has it ever been bug free.there are many more issues but not enough time or space to put them on here at the end of the day all of these issues have been brought to the real estate agencies attention months before they attempted to resolve them the only reason they attempted to resolve these issues is because my wife had obtained an attorney. Now she gets constantly harassed by the owner and is being treated like the person causing all the problems when actually she pays her rent on time every month and expect to get what she pays for
