What he cares about is money he may collect from helpless Polish-born clients, who in most cases do not know English language moreover a law in the United States.
He is know for taking advantage of people who are under deportation procedures giving them hope he will win the case and in effect will get them status of permanent residency in the United States and U.S. citizenship.
He is known in Polish-American community as a snitch for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (a.k.a. Immigration department). He provides the USCIS information based on gossips he has heard in Polish-American community's events around the town.
He publicly claims that he is "very important, prominent member of Polish-American community" which is absolutely untrue. On his law practice's website www.kurczaba.info he claims that "he is among the most talented in the industry."

He strike again! this time he treated my aunt with deportation! he said he is going to call immigraition when she gonna come to he's office! after he took over $9000.00 USD and done nothing! I will be doing writting a story about them on Chicago Tribune and suing him for theft and treating to deport somebody after stealing their money!!!

The person filing this complaint is not a client of the law firm, nor has he ever been. He has never paid the firm for any services. He has filed a false report in an attempt to slander and libel a firm wich prides itself on assisting indiividuals and businesses for over 15 years in navigating the field of immigration and general business laws.
The firm has 1000s of satisfied clients. The firm defends individuals against deportation matters by obtaining permanent residency in a legal manner. The firm prides itself on having no consumer complaints and being forthright with all of our clients taking the time to explain issues and handle them in the client's best interests.
