STAY AWAY !!! Do NOT list or buy a home from Kurt and Imelda Diltz.
I sold my home months ago, only to find out that a perspective client was willing to pay $10,000 more but, because that client was not with Kurt or Imelda Diltz, they sold my home to a couple that was working with Kurt and Imelda. They call this "Double Dipping" Any how, I lost $10,000 and they made the extra 3%. Just make one wonder how many others they have done this to.
