Complaint Review: Kurt blaydon

Kurt Blaydorn snakey tried to ask me  sign up that agreement to agree remove all of his review and negavtive feedbac. he said he will refund me time by time after my feedback removed.

AZ police receive Canada fraud report from Canada RCMP and they has contacted me and file a report agains him.

I received other victim email  who defraud  $1500 .

Kurt blaydorn 40s Business Man from Scottsdale Arizona failed to honest seller, rip off $5000 for non deliver 

merchandise, not just that, he  libel  cook up a fake story and public  buyer personal revenge buyer review.

he used to owe the website designerliquidations.com . After I report to Police and FEI, now  the website is shutdown

. he also own other company Apparel, Inc by Kurt blaydorn.  Kurt Blaydorn is 40s, Caucasian man, divorced. 

he used to be jobber agent, he request payment by wire bank payment.

Kurt blaydorn  not just rip off,

He also libel and public buyer personal information as revenge. He even tried to get me sign up the agreement 

again , to remove all review about him and his website, so he can able to sell his website.

On phone he will refund me money , just give him some time, and he asked I removed the review. 

I have been think few day, gave him second chance, so I Email told him  sign the agreement that is  clearly date of refund, I will remove all reviews. And I can give  6month or

 1 year pay it back.  He replied me by email” f**k off “. Only sign his agreement which agree not write his review

 second,  he said oh he has merchandise deliver information show merchandise deliver. (idiot liar ). And he keep

 to public me and all my friend personal information revenge my report of him. I said I will report to police ,he

 said it is  Threaten. 

whenI told him.  I never deal with seller such disgusting and sick.

He said “You emailed a death threat that is being investigated. 

Now he even tried want me believe he will refund me money after I sign the agreement for remove his review .   Well, I think this guy is sick. 

Buyer watch out the  online site company, from  Scottsdale Arizona Kurt blaydorn. He mostly wholesale retail brand bag, fashion apparel. 

Originally an order was placed with Kurt Blaydorn Scottsdale Arizona in for approximately $5000 for some merchandise advertised on his website. The merchandise was never delivered and no refund was ever granted.

After having several conversations with him it was learned that the merchandise was denied by customs during shipment transfer between him and his Italy supplier .s o it could not be delivered. The money was apparently part of a larger pool in which several people placed orders for merchandise.

When the order was denied the money was apparently unrecoverable from his end and he did not have enough to issue a refund and had no other merchandise to offer. He stated that he was attempting to sell the website to recover his losses and issue refunds but as of our last conversation that had not happened yet. He stated repeatedly he was working on the issue and would get it resolved. But till end, nothing refund. 

All we really want is just a refund or merchandise, neither of which seem to be happening. This has been ongoing for a almost a year now.
