Complaint Review: Kurtz Enterprises #2

This is just to report that I was billed fraudulently by Kurtz Enterprises #2. The first call to BofA threw the problem back in our laps to resolve. 5 minutes later we called again and was immediately given a credit...no hassles.

The BofA contact said they will not go out to dispute charges less than $15.00. I guess it's clear why these jerks only charge $14.95.

We would not have known how to handle this if we had not read your report. Thanks to you and the people that listed their complaints with you.
