Complaint Review: KURTZ ENTERPRISES MYRTLE BEACH SC

When I checked my Paypal account this morning (8/30/2004) I found a pending charge for 14.95 from a merchant KURTZ ENTERPRISES MYRTLE BEACH SC. No other information was available in Paypal details. I immediately Google'd this merchant and found others have reported fraud against this merchant for the exact amount ($14.95).

I called Paypal at (402) 935-2017. After a few minutes on hold, I spoke with a woman who said she couldnt find any information about this merchant and that they couldn't do anything unless the charge actually goes through (from pending to completed). At which time I can file an "Affidavit of Disputed PayPal ATM/Debit Card Transactions" (https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_dc-chargeback). If the charge is pending for more than 10 days then it gets credited back to your account.

Anyhow, very annoying...thought i'd share it.
