Complaint Review: Kurtz Enterprises

Add me to the list of victims of fraudulant credit card charge of $14.95 by Kurtz Enterprises on 8/25/2004. I called my credit card company Citi Cards and they filed a dispute. They advised me to call the company and cancel my account since they said it would be a recurring charge. I called the number listed on the charge 775-551-8149 and got an answering machine as many of you have. I am sure they will not return my call.

The company appears to have a bogus website at www.kurtzmail.com. The domain name (found on www.whois.net)is registered to Tatiana Sergova with a North Providence, RI address. The phone number listed (540-786-8440) is in Virginia. I find no listing for that number and have not tried to call it.

I recommend filing a complaint with the FTC on their website at www.ftc.gov. Click on "File a Complaint" on the top line. They more complains they receive the more likely they are to investigate. Be sure and mention how many complaints have been submitted to www.ripoffreoport.com
