I had just recently received all of my mail for the past year or so out in Toronto, Ontario  Canada where I am currently staying since I have been out here for the Past Three (3) Years Helping To Take Care Of My 90 Year Old Mother who is currently suffering from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, Along With Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility.

In Addition:  She just had a Hernia Operation about One (1) Month Ago and Can Barely Walk.

Moving Right Along: When I went through my mail, I noticed that Kurtzman Carson Consultants / Computershare Had Sent Me Out A Check In The Amount Of $80.00 Dollars Dated:  11/27/2019 For The Class Action Lawsuit called "Ardon v. City Of Los Angeles", Claim ID:  LAA-11646304101 which had the following information enclosed as follows:

City Of Los Angeles, et al, Case No. BC542245" which had the following information typed on the postcard as follows:


I must have spent at least six (6) hours writing Very Serious Complaint letters to all of their executives asking for the Two (2) Uncashed Checks to be Kindly Replaced and sent to ME at my current address in Toronto, Ontario  Canada and Instead of Getting The Two (2) Checks Replaced, I get a Very Nasty Letter Coming From This Low Class, Selfish, Greedy Loser Named Ms. Jeanne Chernila, Case Coordinator, Class Action Services
(jchernila@kccllc.com) who Refused To Replace The d**n Checks Even Though They Are The Ones Who Paid Out The Funds From Their Bank Account!

Their Lies and Excuses for Refusing To Replace My Two (2) Checks Are Inexcusable and Unbelievable Coming From A Company That Makes $63.13 Million USD Per Year According To Dun And Bradstreet!





My letters of Very Serious Complaint were also sent to the following executives who did absolutely Nothing To Solve The Problem Out Of Greed And Selfishness!

Just like the birds returning in the spring, you know things are starting to getting back to normal when RoR gets "A very serious complaint".

The terms are right on the check. It must be cashed by March of 2020 or it is void and no additional checks would be issued.  This isn't even a case where you missed the deadline by a couple of days or even weeks.  You missed it by about 18 months.

One has to wonder how in the last 2 years you couldn't get a single person to go to your house on a regular basis and forward important-looking mail. Is this a case where because have written too many "Very Serious Complaints" no one wanted to? Or did you not want to spend the money?

Here is a suggestion.  Send them another letter with the link to every one of your "Very Serious Complaints" you have posted, or better yet just a copy of them in one big letter.  Once they see how serious you are I am sure you will get the attention you deserve. :-)
