BOLO for Anthony Graffigna - a grade A a*****e!  I very heartily hope that no one has paid him to build any sort of website or digital marketing campaign for them.

His classic move is to make you feel as if he can build, develop, and provide ANY service that you ask.  He'll want all or at least half of the money up front and he'll be very congenial at first.  Once your check has cleared or he has cash in hand the work might start out and you might get a splash page up for your website, but if there is any hard work to be done or anything outside of the realm of a simple Word Press site he will not be able to complete it.  Communication will also start to break down and you should expect to start getting short, quick, rude answers from hi via text/email as well as a snarky attitude if you're actually able to catch him in a phone conversation.  Watch out for the condescending laugh - the one that sounds like he's the only who knows what he's talking about and you're an idiot - because that's the beginning of a long hard road to get your work done, if ever it will get done.  The main problem will be that he took whatever money you gave him upfront and spent it all on expensive dispensary weed, hash, wax, shatter, tinctures, blunt wraps, vape pens, and anything else he could find to melt his mind.  Not only will all your money be gone (DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND) but he will have forgotten EVERYTHING you told him about what you want to website to do or look like.

He's not a coder, he's not a developer, and he is MOST definitely self-taught in the ways of "web design" if that's what you want to call it.  Anyone with half a brain can install Word Press on a website and then put a free theme on it and change the name/logo.  In fact, if you're reading this I am confident that YOU are better equipped to build your website than he will ever be.  Everything he uses to "build" website is a free plug in or program so parts of it might work at first but if you really want the functions you're looking for he'll hit you with a "You need to upgrade, bro." type of fee (which will be double what the upgrade actually costs so that he can pocket some of it and buy more weed).

Don't ever let him talk to any of your investors, partners, or other stock owners in your venture because he WILL offend them and speak down to them.  He steals programs, steals hosting services, and will steal money from you if you let him.

He claims to be a graphic artist as well, but he's color blind so that rarely works out in your favor.

I cannot express enough how scummy Anthony Graffigna is and I strongly warn against doing any business with him unless you are also into back-alley, dirty deals.  He is currently under investigation for cyber crimes committed.  Do business at your own risk!

Disgruntled former employer/coworker

#3General Comment

The author of this report was a lackey of a former employer whom Anthony worked for, and due to ridiculous and unfair conditions, Anthony left the company. The owner and boss of Fidelis Marketing (who had said lackey write this report) assaulted Graffigna upon his trying to quit and retrieve his property, causing police to be called in due to the owner's violent and juvenile behavior and actions. Graffigna is not under investigation and never was, for so-called cyber crimes, as fabricated by former employer and coworker. And in fact, after Graffigna was mistreated and assaulted, his former employer Jeff attempted to get information from Graffigna that he knew he needed in order to continue to do business with clients Graffigna had created websites for, of which Jeff knew nothing about maintaining.

The original report on Graffigna was created to attempt to make his former employer look like the good guy in a situation where bullying tactics were used and childish behavior enacted. To this date, Fidelis Marketing has in fact been sued by several clients for failing to adhere to contracts and it would not be surprising if the company were to go out of business due to shady and often illegal activity and conduct.

Pathetic attempt to save face

#3General Comment

The person reporting on Mr. Graffigna is areceptionist (and lackey) of the owner of Fidelis Marketing, Jeff Garcia, and wrote this report because they were attempting to save face for the sub-par, shady and often illegal business their company does, and the physical assault by the owner of the company when Graffigna tried to get his property from the building after quitting the company.

Isn't it strange that Anthony was hired to work for the company, yet after he quit, they decided that acting like juvenile children and writing false, character assasinating reports online was a good idea. Yet why hire him if he's so bad at what he does? And why is what he does with the money he is paid (by the company who wrote the report) anyone's business but his own? Grasping at straws, and discussing things that several coworkers participated in themselves (and even worse).

It seems to me that the company he worked for should be made known to the public as hiring people they don't believe do good work, and are willing to sacrifice quality and then turn around and throw a former employee they chose to hire, under the bus, when there is an incident resulting in the quitting of said employee. And assaulting them.

Graffigna is not, and never was, under investigation for "cyber crimes", and in fact, Fidelis Marketing has been sued by several clients for breach of contract and shady business practices, resulting in the shutting down of websites built by Graffigna, of which no one after him knew how to work on.
