KV Shihtzu puppys is a classic scam. They offered a cute little 10 week old shihtzu puppy to my father in law for $550. The website states they offer FREE shipping.
They required him to pay by MONEY GRAM. He wired them the money. They then sent him a bill of sale to sign for the puppy. The next day when they were going to ship the dog, he got a text asking for $1450 for insurance to fly the puppy to him.
He did not sent that money. We intervened. There were many red flags that my father in law missed. This scam is very common and sad. We read on this website that the same scam happened to another family in Jan 2018.
