Complaint Review: Kwik Kar

Went to get an Oil Change, they tried to sell me all sorts of things, Like air filter. Only got an oil change, but when I got home oil was leaking out of my vehicle and had to go get this checked by a nearby dealer, was told that Kwik Kar did not tighten the bolt on the oil pan and they, the dealer, tightened it.

When I went back to Kwik Kar they blamed it on a defective oil filter (that they sold me) I just told them to fix it and to top off the oil. when I got home I checked the oil and it was a quart low. Also when I saw the oil leak on my garage floor (about 2 quarts) it looked dirty and that they had never changed the oil just only topped it off.

This is a big rip-off I suggest everyone should stay away from anything with the name starting with Kwik. Especially Kwik Kar....
