Complaint Review: Kwik Kar Lube & Tune Bryant Irvin Road

Kwik Kar preformed a routine oil change that LEAKED! My car did not leak before they serviced it, but did within two miles of driving it home.

The attributed the leak to a prior cause and replaced the oil pan at my $328 dollar expense. The owner was not understanding toward my complaint, and upon representing how he treated me to other customers, he told me to take my future business elsewhere.

Well it goes without saying that I will, and I ask you to also. Routine maintenance should not be $328. I hope that this effort costs him more than that and teaches him a lesson on customer satisfaction.
