Brand new truck - 4,000 miles - 1st oil change - Thanksgiving. Luckily we noticed this before we left on our Thanksgiving trip (oil on our driveway alerted us). So our Thanksgiving was ruined. Took it back and they wiped the engine off, put a new oil cap on, and wouldn't even change out the oil. They said it was clean (which how do they know that just from a dip stick) and full. Their response was "we made it right." All I know is that my truck came back with oil spray on it and no oil cap and I did nothing wrong. When I told Greg that we would make sure everyone knew about it, his attitude continued to erupt and his comment was, "Guess I'll have to close my doors." And just think, I got all this and still paid them $35.00!!

Nobody cares about service, and especially this outfit. Our family has been in this town for 100 years and we know a lot of people, and each and every one of them is going to hear about this sloppy service and smart-a__ attitude!
