Complaint Review: Kwik Kleaning (Owner: Corinne)

Just wanted to pass on a warning to not use Kwik Kleaning, also operating under A Woman's Touch, the owner's name is Corinne. Bought a coupon off of Dealfind and though I had trouble getting a hold of her initially (voicemail email problems as indicated in other complaints), we did connect and agree on a time. Spoke to her a couple of times, she called back if I left a message so I wasn't just operating on blind faith. We confirmed on August 7th an appointment for August 14th at 12:30pm at my rental place, this was a few hours before my renters were doing the walkthrough so I explained that it made me a little nervous to leave it until the last minute but that was the time she had available, ok. She didn't show, didn't call, didn't answer my calls (then or later), didn't respond to my texts and my friend went online to look her up and found all sorts of complaints, same ones as mine: problems with contacting, no shows, etc.

She was not rude to me, and I felt comfortable talking to her and believed she was going to show up...but after she doesn't show and then doesn't even reply to my numerous attempts to contact her, any belief that there was a misunderstanding on date and time went out the window. This was further validated by the numerous complaints online. This is no way to run a business so until I get my refund, I will consider the money I spent as payment for providing as much feedback as I can.
